Potatoes - Chlorosis

Symptoms
Younger leaves show interveinal chlorosis and necrosis which occurs in irregular patches. Whitish spots develop within the brown necrotic tissue. Symptoms may also start on older leaves.

Reasons
Zinc deficiency. Generally the leaves are smaller with Zn deficiency, and the plants are stunted in growth.

Potatoes - Deformation

Symptoms
Younger leaves show interveinal chlorosis and tipburn. Whitish spots can develop within the brown necrotic tissue. The leaf blades are small, narrow and cupped upward. Shoots can be stunted.

Potatoes: 1 l/ha one week after 100% emergence. For moderate to severe deficiency, a repeat application may be necessary 10 to 14 days later. Also, apply during tuber bulking following petiole analysis. Water rate: 50 to 200 l/ha. Pommes de Terre: 1 l/ha une semaine après la levée. En cas de carence moyenne à sévère répéter l'application si nécessaire après 10-14 jours. Aussi appliquer pendant la grossissement suite à l'analyse pétiolaire. Volume d'eau: 50 à 200 l/ha.
